Both properties are situated in the south of the municipality Tossa de Mar in a private urbanisation. The scenic coastal section south of Tossa de Mar has given the whole Costa Brava its name.

From the holiday domiciles you reach on foot the very idyllic Cala Morisca, where you can be alone even in summer, and the larger Cala Canyelles with its fine, wide sandy beach.

In the cooler seasons you can explore the landscape of the Costa Brava on hiking trails, some of which pass right by the house. You can get a nice overview of the enchanting Tossa de Mar here.
