The rental prices are each for the entire house per day. The number of people does not matter.
It includes utilities for electricity, water and pool usage.
Internet usage can be booked for free.
On site is the tourist tax for persons over 16 years in the amount of 1 € per day, max.7 Euros per stay to pay.
The obligatory final cleaning is included in the price but must be paid on the spot with the administrator (85 euros). Here you can also borrow towels and bed linen.
Long term rental on request.
